Deputization Program

bad Training is Costing You Money

Training needs to happen.

With layoffs and reorganizations occurring regularly, often the training department/budget is the first thing cut.

But when new employees are hired, they need training on how to do their jobs.  Current employees may be moved or promoted and need training on their new responsibilities.  Customer wants and business needs are constantly changing, and your employees must to be prepared to meet them.

You assign your managers, subject matter experts, and human resource representatives—who have no desire, skills or experience as a trainer—to train your employees.

Understandably, most people are not inherently comfortable conducting training.  In fact, many times I had co-workers seek me out to help them when they were “voluntold” they would have to train other employees.

This happened so often, that I created a Train-the-Trainer Deputization program that provides participants with the basics needed to create and deliver effective training.

It includes:

  • 12-hours of live, virtual class delivered 4 hours a day for 3 days.

  • 30 days of unlimited laser coaching.

  • How to do a needs analysis.

  • How to determine what employees need to know, need to know how to do, and need to know how to find.

  • Classroom management techniques.

  • Cutting-edge virtual training techniques.

  • How to calculate return on investment for training dollars.

There are two ways to enroll: You can attend the public class or, if you have two or more people in your organization who will attend, we can set up a private class.
